In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the 777apk website, completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777apk.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of 777apk following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active Account on 777apk, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced via mandatory CNIC verification before any real-money activity is permitted.
• You are registering and accessing the Platform as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or any subsequent login session.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another Account on the 777apk Platform. Only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by 777apk for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 777apk or its licensed service providers.

Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, CNIC number, contact mobile number, and a valid email address. Provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

777apk reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, when account activity triggers an internal review threshold, or where regulatory obligations require verification. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 777apk may result in Account restrictions or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777apk login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify 777apk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any suspected compromise of your login credentials, or any discrepancy in your Account balance or transaction history. 777apk's support team is available 24/7 and can be contacted at [email protected].

All transactions and wagers placed through your Account — regardless of whether you authorised them — are your responsibility unless you have reported an unauthorised access incident to 777apk support prior to those transactions occurring. 777apk cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

Account Currency

All 777apk Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, wagering requirements, bet stakes, and winnings are all expressed and settled in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to transactions processed through supported local payment methods.

Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 777apk reserves the right to apply an inactivity administrative fee of Rs 200 per calendar month following the initial 12-month inactive period. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 24 consecutive months of inactivity.

Deposits

777apk accepts PKR deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. 777apk does not impose platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers are credited within minutes during standard banking hours. 777apk is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or network outages.

Only payment accounts registered in your own name, matching your CNIC-verified 777apk Account identity, may be used to deposit. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts registered to family members or friends — are strictly prohibited and will trigger a KYC review and potential Account suspension.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account and registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any active wagering requirement on the balance being withdrawn.

777apk reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Players who have accepted a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirement in full before the bonus-linked balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real Funds not subject to any wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time.

All promotional bonuses offered by 777apk — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards — are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds into a separate Bonus sub-ledger within your PKR Wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the combined value of the bonus amount plus the qualifying deposit, unless the promotion states otherwise. Specific wagering multipliers (e.g., 20x, 30x) are disclosed on the individual promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Game contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are issued on a one-per-person, one-per-household, one-per-IP basis. Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• 777apk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Any wagering already in progress under a cancelled promotion will be settled at the terms applicable at the time the wager was placed.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issuance. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds balance. Expiry periods are specified per promotion.

All casino games available on the 777apk platform — including slots, RNG table games, live dealer games, crash games, and virtual sports — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface, as well as the general rules set out in this section.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 777apk will make best efforts to resolve the round in accordance with the state of the game at the point of interruption. If a round cannot be completed, stakes will be refunded to your PKR Wallet. 777apk is not responsible for losses caused by network interruptions on the Player's end.

777apk reserves the right to void any game round, bet, or transaction where a technical error, pricing error, or software malfunction has produced an incorrect result. Players will be notified of such voiding and stakes will be returned promptly.

The 777apk sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, Test matches, ODIs, T20Is), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports markets. All bets are settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted. Odds may fluctuate up to the moment a bet is confirmed.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 777apk system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. 777apk reserves the right to void bets placed on events subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or circumstances outside the normal sporting outcome. Any winnings derived from voided events will be removed from your Account.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered at 777apk's discretion. Odds and market availability can change rapidly during live events. 777apk reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted before market suspension remain valid unless the event itself is subsequently voided.

Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sportsbook markets and are displayed within the bet slip interface. 777apk reserves the right to apply individual Account bet limits where unusual betting patterns are detected, without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777apk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, AI systems, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other Players in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Identified bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus hunting across multiple Accounts, or any systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources. All funds used to deposit into 777apk must be from legitimate personal income.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777apk staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming controls, including self-exclusion, by registering a new Account during an active exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 777apk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777apk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

777apk's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Funds held in your PKR Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

777apk does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability. 777apk will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where possible.

777apk may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently close any Account where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing obligations require account closure.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• The Player is found to be located in or resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Upon Account closure for cause, 777apk reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Account balance in accordance with the severity of the breach and applicable legal obligations. Where closure is not for cause — including voluntary closure requested by the Player — any Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their last used payment method following completion of any pending KYC or withdrawal verification requirements.

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the 777apk Platform, players must first contact 777apk customer support and allow a period of 14 calendar days for the dispute to be investigated and resolved internally before pursuing any external remedy.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777apk holds its international gaming licence. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their country of residence.

777apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, where operationally feasible.

The current version of these Terms — with its effective date and version number — is always accessible on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
